Sce update history.
Corrected the "q" bug, when sce apparently hanged until you pressed the "q" key.
Improved the UTF-8 detection (utf8, UTF8, utf-8 supported).
After 30 years of unfaultly operation, a unexpected bug suddenly appeared, in wich column delete sometimes mangled lines. It was traced down to a unknown change of "strcat" function in the new Linux libc6 (>2.19) version. Corrected.
After successful alpha-testing, at last version 6.00 of sce, the one
with UTF-8 support, is available. You can download it, as usual, from
the sce ftp/http download site.
