CONCLAMO EN EL TEATRO ARCAICO Y CLÁSICO LATINO Y EN LA PROSA SENEQUIANA

RESUMEN
Los verbos de expresión son aquellos que presentan de forma prototípica un agente animado humano y de cuya realización se infiere la producción de un acto de habla. Se propone un análisis elemental del verbo preverbiado conclamo, que aparecerá en distintos contextos con diferentes estructuras predicativas y argumentos. Además, algunas características van a derivarse del contenido semántico primitivo del verbo base clamo. Los diferentes empleos de conclamo en latín arcaico y clásico (146 ejemplos en todo el corpus latino) son más abundantes que los otros verbos preverbiados de clamo (exceptuando exclamo). Por ello, mi descripción y análisis se centran en aquellos usos que aparecen en obras dramáticas,1 ya que son las que mejor pueden reflejar elementos de las formas de conversación de los hablantes latinos de su época: Plauto, Terencio y Séneca el Joven. El resultado final será una división en tres marcos predicativos.

ABSTRACT
Expression verbs compromise verbs that present in a prototypical way an unanimated human agent and whose realization is inferred by the production of a speech act. This paper performs an elemental analysis of the preverbed verb conclamo, which will be employed in different contexts and to have different predicative structures and elements of the sentence. Moreover, some of the features will be derived from the primitive semantic content of the base verb clamo. The different uses of conclamo in archaic and classical Latin are abundant (146 hits according to the PHI corpus), if we compare them with the other preverbed verbs of clamo. Therefore, this description and analysis will be focused in the uses that appear in dramatic plays, since these examples can show elements related to the spoken Latin more reliably. The dramatic plays that will be analyzed are Plauto, Terencio and Seneca the Younger. Results will show a division among three different predicative frames.
